The metaphysics of pathologies
The metaphysical work is a total movement of the Being, and all the invisible forms of life influence the material world and vice versa. The mind is responsible for all events in the body and in the environment, for it is through thoughts and emotions that we allow the rupture of our vital field. With spiritual evolution or expansion of consciousness, the energy of LOVE will be our shield for health and peace, for mastery of the mind consists of holding firm thoughts of joy, forgiveness, and optimism, so that our brain sends elevated messages to all our body cells and also to our etheric body. Peace and health depend on how much we raise our vibratory frequencies, and the only way we have to achieve this evolution is by the willpower to think only about good things.
Deepack Chopra says: “If you want to know what your body will look like in the future, look at your thoughts today.
We don’t see our bodies as projected thoughts, because many physical changes they cause are imperceptible. They involve minute changes in cell chemistry, body temperature, electrical charge, blood pressure, and so on. Our body is fluid enough to mirror any mental event. Nothing moves without moving the whole.
Every disease has a direct correspondence with a thought, and consequently with an emotion. Therefore, to be healthy we must learn to think and feel.
When the body warns us of a malaise or illness, it wants to help us become aware of a way of thinking that is not beneficial for us.
This, although unconscious, harms our Being, and when discomfort arises it is to tell us that it is time to change this unbeneficial way of thinking or belief. Somehow the body is communicating that we have reached our physical, emotional and mental limits.
Carl Jung states, “Just as the conscious and the unconscious are in constant relationship, the body and the spirit are in constant interaction”.
Illness is a gift to rebalance our Being. In fact the physical body is not the cause of illness. By itself, it can do nothing. The life that sustains it comes from the Soul, from Spirit. The body is simply a reflection of what is going on inside the person. Thus, a sick body is a body that seeks to rebalance itself because the natural state of the body is health. This is equally true for the emotional and mental body.
The most common causes of illness are negative attitudes and emotions, guilt, attention-seeking, and using illness to avoid or escape an unpleasant situation.
Loving yourself means giving yourself the right to live experiences and loving others, giving them the right to live their own experiences.
This means giving yourself the right to be human, with your fears, your beliefs, your limits, your strengths, your weaknesses, your desires and your aspirations; in short, giving yourself the right to be just as you are now. All of this should be done without moral judgment of right or wrong, right or wrong, but only be lived as experiences, knowing that there will always be consequences, pleasant or not, resulting from the decisions you make.
You have full responsibility for your body, taking care of it and keeping it healthy.
We leave a dominant mental world to move to a more spiritual world, that is, a world where the Being must take its place.
